Not the quality that I expected. Good customer support although

Too hard as for a latex pillow. I have had latex pillows before, they all had off-white color and were very very soft. This one felt hard.
Also this pillow has a very strong smell. Not suitable for sensitive people.

But I have to admit, that I am grateful to the customer support for allowing me to return the pillow.
